Massively Profitable Online Psychic Services Website for Sale

Things have been quiet on the “good deal” front for a few days, so here is a “WTF” one you might enjoy and learn from.

It’s basically “Upwork for psychics”, which I find hilarious and also somewhat shocking that this many people still are paying psychics at all.

They’re doing $2.7mm in top line, have 230 psychic “advisors”, and net about $1.2mm in earnings a year.

On the upside, this company doesn’t actually do the psychic readings. They are a marketplace connecting the users to contractors providing the service.

There is absolutely zero chance I’d want to be in this business any more than I’d want to sell snake oil. But, there is a learning opportunity to this one:

Marketplaces, even sub-scale, are often amazing businesses. You develop massive economies of scale in a niche. You can also branch out to adjacent services around it.
